Launched in early 2026, the SJOG Management Development Programme supports colleagues aspiring to progress into leadership and management roles, as well as existing managers seeking to strengthen and refresh their leadership skills.
The second cohort brought together colleagues from teams and services across SJOG, including Finance, IT, Housing, Autism and Complex Care Services, Disability Services and Modern Day Slavery Services.
Over the past few months, colleagues have strengthened their leadership knowledge and skills through five key modules:

2. Managing Quality
3. Managing Others
4. Managing Finances
5. Managing Change & Innovation
Completing the programme reflects the dedication these colleagues have shown to their professional development and their commitment to delivering high-quality support for the people we serve.
We look forward to seeing them put their new skills into practice and continue making a positive difference across SJOG.
